The W180 chassis was built from 1954 to 1959 and is one of the most beautiful and elegant models ever to be produced by Mercedes-Benz. One of only 3,429 220S Cabriolets ever built, this stunning machine has been painstakingly restored to its original splendor. The engine and transmission were rebuilt and the car was recently tuned to perfection. Power is provided by a 2.2L inline-6 with Dual 2-bbl Solex 32 PAJTA carburetors. A 4-speed manual transmssion has a column mounted shifter. This car was a technological wonder in its prime, and has been reborn to be enjoyed by its new owner!
